Andre and I played a round of tennis at Tuffree Junior High, my old stomping grounds! Had forgotten the rules and how to play but it was fun. My hand turned blue from the really old racket grip. Went and got it regripped at Sports Authority in Brea. It was fun to have some time to shop! |

John Wayne Airport (SNA) is not as good as you might think. Firstly, parking can be difficult. To park in the longer-term lot requires a ~10 min. bus ride from the other side of the 405 freeway to the terminal. The security gate line is also often long. On top of all this, the takeoff experience is intense as the local regulations require a 'steep ascent'. Unless you're close, not much benefit over LAX. One positive - the luggage pickup experience. |

There are two open courts in Fullerton off Yorba Linda Dr. (off the 57) and Placentia. Take Placentia north, then turn east after a couple blocks. A couple cracks in the court, but they are free and often open. |
