Dove w/ Jean from Chad. "Chad's white computer guy". Giant black sea bass swam right under me! It was blue-silver in color and about 3.5 ft length.

Poipu Bay Golf Course

Home of the PGA Grand Slam, this course is one of the nicest in the country, with scenic ocean views, open fairways, and fast greens. Most recently, Tiger won here in 2006. Course best is Phil Mickelson with a 58. The course is right next to the Grand Hyatt in Poipu. Cost is $140 per person. Shot better on the back 9, El beat me by 2.... Scores below.

Nice wine bar close to Qualcomm Stadium. The owner was very friendly, and the fruity wines are very tasty. Best is the ambience - everything is wood and mellow lighting. More info at: www.trislerswinebar.com. Address: 8555 Station Village Lane, San Diego, CA.

Terrific shore dive in Seattle. Tons of huge lingcod, bass, cabezons. Good sized wreck at south of the underwater park. Explored the tubes, propellor, and the wreck. Didn't go north around the rock jetty, that'll be for another time, but plenty to see south of it. Great place - can't wait to come back. Next time - add a couple pounds because relatively shallow.

Warm, good visibility, but too shallow :( Didn't see a lot of interesting stuff - maybe more vibrant in the winter? Creatures: big green-camouflage lingcod, fat lobsters, fat garibaldi. See freedraw for route.
