Great turnout for the "Beach'N". Friday was an xc day for the hangs with some racking up over 100 miles under cold, dark clouds. Saturday and Sunday provided soarable conditions on the Butte and decent spot-landing conditions in the soccer field. Big thanks to Lori Lawson and her team for organizing the events, the Cinco de Mayo dinner and the great prizes! Donations made a dent in the almost $3000 yearly cost of maintaining the Chelan Butte flying site. |
